It's like Dr. Conan-- per episode is a death of someone with a rare disease-- the most severe case of it.
As soon as I finished the first episode, I couldn't wait to hop onto the next episode~ However, while on this train of mine, I could have sworn my stomach squirmed at witnessing clips of direct stabbing for the next case... uuuggghh.. But it turned out to be quite an interesting case~ if you watch Detective Conan or read it, you may as well think of someone as Ai Haibara .

The first episode has the most laughs, but the comedy level for this season dropped!! :( SOB, SOB.
Suspense heightens after Episode 8 and all is well...
Apparently, the autopsy scenes aren't that long.. it was somehow fun for me to see
a liver, heart, etc. in a gloved hand. Ah, the sight of blood.... and I just grossed myself out.
The first episode seems to be the most memorable episode in the series--
the references, such as Grimson from CSI, Conan, and Dracula
The series carries some pretty deep quotes--
especially from the doctor's mentor~

The cases are great, acting is superb, only a few heartstopping moments, but this has totally kicked butt as a beginning~
